KAGUM E-Booking Loyalty Program (K-Card) is designed to reward guests for their continuing use and loyalty towards KAGUM E-Booking online reservation service. By becoming a member of KAGUM E-Booking Loyalty Program and using KAGUM E-Booking to make reservations in any property of KAGUM Hotels, guests will receive and accumulate points to be exchanged for various rewards and benefits.

• Only registered members of KAGUM E-Booking Loyalty Program are entitled to receive points.
• Guests are rewarded 1 (one) point for every Rp. 100.000,- spent.
• Members are required to put all the correct information when making reservation through KAGUM E-Booking service.
• Rewards and benefits received through this program have no cash value.
• The rewards and benefits of this loyalty program cannot be exchanged or combined with any other rewards and promotions.
• Cancellation of rewards cannot be refunded by cash or by points.
• KAGUM Hotels reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this loyalty program without any prior notice.
